Q: How does your service work?

A: Our services begin with a complimentary consultation with one of our consultants. A standard consultation lasts about an hour, in which you will find out about the services we offer and discuss what areas you would like us to assist you in.
Afterwards, if you decide to go forward with our services, your consultant will fill out a Customer Profile for you and services will begin as scheduled.

Please note, there is absolutely no obligation to purchase any of our services, however, we do ask for serious inquiries only.

Q: How much do your services cost?

A: Our prices are calculated on a client-by-client basis. During the Customer Profile phase, client expectations are a strong determinant as to how much a client is charged for services provided. Various payment options will also be discussed during this time. All fees and charges must be agreed upon prior to the start of services being provided. A basic estimate is that all services a la carte start at $95 per session and service packages start at $175.

Q: Where is your business located?

A: Our business is based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. However, we serve many clients around the country and the world.

Q: What if I am interested in your service, but am located in a different city?

A: Don’t fret! You can still take advantage of our complimentary consultation via telephone or Skype.
As stated before, this is free and will be conducted in the same manner as a face-to-face meeting.

Services such as personal coaching are exclusively handled via Skype so it doesn’t matter where you are or if you’re traveling.
